Synthetic chemistry lab

The synthetic chemistry lab is aimed to preparation of bioactive compounds via appropriate synthetic methods. The prepared compounds are further evaluated on enzymes, receptors or cell cultures. The feedback is managed through structure-activity relationship analysis between chemical structure and its biological effect. The selected bioactive compounds are subjected to molecular modelling studies in silico.

• design of compounds with targeted bioactivity
• targeted synthesis of small molecules with assumed bioactivity
• custom made targeted synthesis of small molecules
• structure-activity relationship of synthesized biomolecules
