Prior to coming to outpatients’ surgeries, it is necessary to buy a voucher for outpatient treatment priced 90 CZK – a regulatory fee according to the Act 261/2007 Coll.
If examined without a voucher, the medical personnel issues “a payment order" for you, which you will then pay at selected offices at the Faculty Hospital, or by postal order, or by bank transfer.

Here the callers obtain all necessary information concerning possible treatment by general practitioners within the working hours, including the names of substitutes for general practitioners. In the period before or after the working hours, callers, according to the character of troubles, are directed at the nearest suitable health facility. In addition, it is also possible to consult health troubles with the operator, or the physician.
